Dori Middleman, MD, a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and Temple University School of Medicine, has been in private practice as a board-certified psychiatrist since 1992, when she completed training at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and Hahnemann University Psychiatric Residency Program. She has been a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center since 1988 and also has lectured at many area educational institutions. Dori spends part of her week seeing children at the Health Annex of the Family Practice and Counseling Network. She is also a consulting psychiatrist for the Mary Howard Health Center, which serves shelter residents and the homeless. Many weekends of the year, she collaborates with Mariah Fenton Gladis and Mark Putnam as co-facilitators of Gestalt psychotherapy workshops, having trained at the
PA Gestalt Center herself. Mariah’s book, Tales of a Wounded Healer, describes not only Mariah’s amazing life but also the theory of Gestalt psychotherapy and the philosophy Dori practices in her life and work. Having completed her child psychiatry fellowship at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center, Dori maintains her commitment to family and systems work in the healing process through her involvement with John Brendler and Building Bridges in Media.
David Tabby was born in Philadelphia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1980 with a degree in Population Biology. Dr. Tabby earned his Osteopathic Medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. He completed his Neurology residency at Thomas Jefferson under Robert J. Schwartzman, M.D. in 1988, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Tabby was in private practice in Philadelphia for 14 years before joining the faculty of the Drexel University College of Medicine as an associate professor. He re-entered private practice in 2014. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Tabby became interested in MS during his residency, working with Fred Lublin, M.D. He is certified by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers as a practitioner. He was elected to the Volunteer Hall of Fame by the Greater Delaware Valley chapter of the National MS Society in 2013. Dr. Tabby has participated in many MS clinical trials and original research projects involving cognition in MS.

Dr. Davies graduated from Howard University College of Medicine with AOA honors in 2011. He received multiple awards for academic excellence including a 50% tuition merit based Trustee scholarship. He completed his radiation oncology residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC where served as chief resident and trained extensively in stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy using CyberKnife and linear accelerator based techniques. He has authored several articles on the stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy for prostate, breast and gastrointestinal cancers. He has been awarded numerous honors and awards including the Goldman award for future leadership in radiation oncology excellence. He has lectured nationally and around the world on innovative techniques in radiation oncology. Dr. Davies is passionate about innovating radiation therapy and cancer care with a patient centered approach. His primary interests are in partial breast radiation, pancreatic, prostate and head and neck cancers.
