Dori Middleman, MD, a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and Temple University School of Medicine, has been in private practice as a board-certified psychiatrist since 1992, when she completed training at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and Hahnemann University Psychiatric Residency Program. She has been a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center since 1988 and also has lectured at many area educational institutions. Dori spends part of her week seeing children at the Health Annex of the Family Practice and Counseling Network. David Tabby, D.O in Bala Cynwyd, PA Prescribes Medical Marijuana

David Tabby was born in Philadelphia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1980 with a degree in Population Biology. Dr. Tabby earned his Osteopathic Medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. He completed his Neurology residency at Thomas Jefferson under Robert J.
